| Most important issue: |
My campaign is not a single-issue campaign. The Fifth District is very diverse and there are many pressing issues. As your representative, I will advocate for the environment; human rights; affordable and quality health care; education as a national priority, but primarily with local and parental control; safer and more cohesive neighborhoods; holding the line on federal spending (including eliminating pork spending); keeping taxes and interest rates low; producing jobs and keeping our economy strong; a multinational approach that seeks an end to war, state-sponsored terrorism, genocide and famine; improving our transportation systems; and ensuring the viability of Social Security. |
