| Most important issue: | I want Maplewood to be respected as a flagship community for the metro area by becoming a cleaner, leaner and greener city with government that works together with common sense and accountability. As a non-incumbent, I come to city government with fresh ideas to bring the city together rather than continue the infighting of the past two years. We can do this by increasing volunteerism to clean up parks, lakes and public areas. We can gain respect of neighboring communities by working together to gain better-priced contracts, services and supplies for common needs. Finally, we should make Maplewood a green city. |
