| Most important issue: | Public safety is the first responsibility of local government. I have been a strong voice for more cops, tougher code enforcement, swift graffiti removal and additional public safety resources because I?ve walked in those shoes. As a cop, a mother, an elected official and a lifelong resident of the First Ward, I know that keeping our city safe is job one. I am proud to be supported by St. Paul?s Police Federation and Chief John Harrington. When a city is safe, its economy, jobs, housing, schools and development can all flourish. I look forward to continuing my work for the First Ward. |
