| Most important issue: | Represent seniors in a fair and honest manner, involving all public works and public safety matters. Seniors have been forced to pay for expensive repairs on private sewer lines. No other metro area city is doing camera inspections. I would vote to stop these sewer inspections and delay all pavement programs until a cost/benefit study is done and citizen input is allowed. I would also like to have the city public works program audited to ensure good stewardship of public moneys. A city council and mayor should be directing this program and not just ?rubber-stamping? all projects that the staff recommend. |
