I will continue to work to keep spending in line as property values level out and city expenditures continue to rise. We need to protect the income of business owners and residents, especially those on a fixed income, while maintaining quality service to our city. I will continue to seek the wisdom of citizen involvement and provide a platform for government to work smarter. My past experience of public service is an important link to the future as we examine taxes, redevelopment, maintain a vibrant business community, provide educational opportunities for residents and host a city forum addressing long-range goals. |
