| Most important issue: | Accountability: I believe it is time to step back and take a long hard look at who is keeping who accountable. It appears each new council member after they become elected ?conform? to a certain way of thinking and decision-making. I have seen it over the years and it?s getting worse. I have noticed council members constantly whispering to each other while residents are speaking, to not being prepared for an issue on the agenda. I feel strongly that this issue affects the entire decision-making process. It?s time to reestablish who the City Council is, and who they represent. |
