| Most important issue: | I would work to manage the growth in Prior Lake to protect and preserve our natural resources. In serving on the Tree Preservation Task Force, we made our ordinances more amicable to protect our trees, especially our ?heritage? trees. I would take the same approach to manage growth so our roads and transportation infrastructure can keep up with the needs of our rapidly growing community. Most important, is my belief, having served on the Planning Commission for seven years, that future growth must be self-financing whenever possible. In other words, additional growth should not be supported by the raising of property taxes. |
