| Most important issue: |
The most important issue facing the citizens of Chisago County is the increasing cost of government. In a time of economic downturn, taking more money from the paychecks of hardworking citizens was a hardship no one deserved. Roads and bridges needed repair, but during hard times, a measured approach was called for... instead we got a full frontal assault on our pocketbooks to pay for light-rail transit. Don Taylor will work to cut the ever-growing cost of government. Reducing health care costs, eliminating sanctuary cities and the need for good paying jobs round out the issues in this campaign. |
