| Most important issue: |
We need a more business friendly environment. As a 3rd term mayor and 16 year city councilman we have proudly promoted existing businesses and successfully recruited new ones. I understand city budgets, local government aid issues, and the interrelation of county and state agencies. Our small business owners; family, friends and neighboring farmers, are the hardest working people in Minnesota. They provide employment, invest in their business and communities and provide goods and services making a community vibrant. Securing fair education funding for Greater Minnesota schools and focusing to create more efficient government are also very important. |
