Most important issue: Every Minnesotan deserves the right to access affordable health care. With my background and experience in the human services and health care I will work to make affordable health care a reality for every Minnesotan. The oldest members of the baby boomer generation reach retirement age in 2008. Our health care system is grossly under-prepared to handle our aging population. We must work to improve our health care system so that our seniors can access prescription drugs at reasonable prices and live healthy lives. Our most vulnerable citizens need our support and I will work to make that happen.
