As our state faces another significant budget deficit, it is time to correct the long-term issues with our state budget. This will mean making some difficult but critical decisions to ensure that state government is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. This likely means cutting back on non-essential programs. We can and should balance the budget without raising taxes on the hard working people of Minnesota. |
