| Most important issue: | Maintaining Minnesota's nationally recognized fair, impartial and efficient judiciary is essential to uphold America's values. My record in 18 years as judge in the trial and appellate courts reflects my experience, integrity, fairness and impartiality. If re-elected, I will continue to faithfully fulfill my duty as judge on an error-correcting court to fairly apply the existing law to the facts of each case. I will also continue my work to improve the court system by implementing a family law appellate mediation program, ensuring priority for children's issues, and working to secure effective representation for families in court. | |
