| Most important issue: | For over 20 years, I've been privileged to represent countless individuals in Minnesota's criminal justice system. I've seen the devastating affects of poverty, chemical dependency and violence. Through this experience, I have a strong commitment to education, fairness, community and social justice. I have over eight years of practical administrative and management experience with the Minnesota Board of Public Defense. I have varied life experience as an extremely involved parent to my two sons; as board president at Sunrise Montessori School; as a mentor through Kinship of Greater Minneapolis; and as a volunteer with various charitable and social justice organizations. |
