| Background: | I am married with two children. I served eleven years in the Navy as a submarine officer and as a training officer. Currently work at Monticello Nuclear Plant where I am a Senior Reactor Operator, Shift Manager, and the chairman of two accredited training committees. | |

| Most important issue: | My reasons for running for school board are simple. 1. I am grateful for my education and the teachers that prepared me for my future and wish to use my experience to give back. 2. As the economy struggles, revenues will grow leaner. We need leadership that is prepared to deal with the coming challenges. 3. Our schools are doing alright, but we can do better. We need to support our schools as they look for new ways to excel. 4. I wish to support the current school board members. I have found them to be people of integrity and character. |
