| Most important issue: | A districts focus should be continuing academic improvement and student well-being within the context of fiscal responsibility. The desire to be lean and efficient has to be balanced with the characteristics of quality education acceptable class sizes and a rich curriculum. The most serious pending challenge of the Centennial School District: possessing sufficient resources finances, human potential - to address future needs while staying focused on academic growth. Additionally, that challenge will be extended to the ability to recruit and retain high quality staff, especially in light of a retiring superintendent. |
