| Most important issue: | Our schools must obtain better educational results, be more competitive and acheive higher graduation rates. Our district can improve greatly through more accountability, greater efficiency and effectivness in using limited resources, by using proven techniques and fostering better discipline and classroom environments. I want focus on giving the staff and the students and their families the training, resources and incentives they need to excel. Our district also needs to grow and improve its arts, athletic and other extracurricular programs and help attract new families so that the schools and our community grow stronger through continuous improvement and do not decline. | |
